Your tasks:
- You are responsible for recruiting new candidates and clients
- You are responsible for the entire sales process
- You negotiate the conditions, contracts and make the deal happen!
- You make a good match between your talented Finance profiles and clients
- Because you are building your own network, it is important to maintain a good relationship with your clients and candidates. But you have an incredible sales talent so that will not be a problem for you
- In all this, it is important to achieve your targets and climb up the ladder of success
Profiles
Profile:
- Sales experience is an asset but not a must
- You are fluent in Dutch & English
- You are hungry, driven and eager to learn
