Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for recruiting new candidates and clients
  • You are responsible for the entire sales process
  • You negotiate the conditions, contracts and make the deal happen!
  • You make a good match between your talented Finance profiles and clients
  • Because you are building your own network, it is important to maintain a good relationship with your clients and candidates. But you have an incredible sales talent so that will not be a problem for you
  • In all this, it is important to achieve your targets and climb up the ladder of success

Profiles


Profile:

  • Sales experience is an asset but not a must
  • You are fluent in Dutch & English
  • You are hungry, driven and eager to learn
