QC Operator
Location : Chemor Perak
Working Days : 5 days ( Mon-fri , day & night shift)
Nature of Business : Japanese Based Manufacturing Company
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspection and measurement on semi finished goods and finished goods according to standards
- Use measuring tools such as plug gauge, height gauge, concentricity gauge, auto inspection machine etc for inspection
- Perform appearance check by instrument or visual for all the products in order to make sure not defect outflow to next process
- Verify and check products according to drawing specification and requirements
- Maintain of all inspection records, checksheet or checklist for traceability purpose
- Packing of finished goods into box according to packing standards
- Practise abnormal handling procedure in proper manner, request production to stop machine,call superior and wait for feedback from superior
- -Handle other ad hoc task as assigned from superior
Requirements:
-Must possess SPM
-Able to solve basic mathematics
-No color blind
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
