AVA Digital Marketing is an online advertising agency that helps digital businesses grow. We work with a range of clients across art, e-commerce, online education, digital health, and more.
Over the past few years, we have refined an air-tight appointment setting process that has helped us consistently grow. We are now seeking a driven appointment setter to plug into this system and fill our pipeline with more qualified appointments.

YOUR ROLE:
You will be responsible for:
- Researching qualified leads, finding contact information, and building a list
- Emailing leads with a personalized 3-5 min video recorded using Loom. You will be provided with a proven script, but need to be comfortable on camera
- Responding to their questions in email
- Scheduling an appointment with myself (founder)
We will provide direct training & support for this system & process, all you have to do is plug yourself in and implement it.
This is a fully remote position, so you can be from anywhere in the world!
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent English (no exceptions)
- Prior sales or telemarketing experience
- Must be confident, clear, and well-presented on camera
- Self-motivated:
- Sales knowledge: understanding how to identify prospects pain points and respond to objections

Note: this is an on-demand, performance-based position compensated on a base + commission rate.
