IAO Level L1 Support [Romania]


 

WHAT A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE

  • Technical Assistance on various design software problems;
  • Error management;
  • Application support for end-users and testing after updates or modifications;

    The application tests are both on CATIA and on the client’s internal applications such as: GDG, 3DEXPerience, NPDM Documents, SIGNE, Service Now;
  • User trainings;
  • Incidents creation and escalation, working with ticketing;
  • Act as an interface between users and information systems;
  • Track business milestones.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS NEEDED

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in a technical field;
  • Knowledge of French language at good level /conversational level is a must;
  • English medium level or more;
  • Knowledge of any CAD Programs;
  • Very good communication skills, willingness to interact with customers;
  • Ability to respond fast to customers and be well organized.
