The Admissions Team Lead will play a key role in proactively ensuring that the Admissions Team delivers a high-quality service to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. By coaching, training and closely monitoring the performance of the Team, the TL will ensure that all KPIs are met while maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction and low turnover rates.
The identified candidate will be assigned to a global school outsourcing in Manila for the first time. We are looking for a well experienced Team Leader to pioneer the operations and new team in Manila.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance to process and policy, while setting high standards for speed and quality in completing admission tasks.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement in the admission processes to ensure flawless execution in line with business requirements.
- Prepare for internal quality audits and present artifacts to identify gaps and take corrective actions.
- Responsible for publishing various reports and dashboards in a timely manner as required.
- Monitors, analyses, and reports team metrics by using knowledge, experience, numbers, and analysis to strengthen the team performance.
People and Team Management
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
- Delegating tasks to team members based on prioritization, skill levels and experience.
- Conducting constant training of team members to maximize their potential.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree of any field
- 3+ years demonstrated leadership experience in a fast paced customer service environment.
- Strong communication skills in all forms including written and oral.
- Exceptional computer skills – experience in Microsoft Office applications, Advanced Excel, and database experience.
Work Arrangement
- On-site work
- Work Location: 9F Robinsons Zeta Tower, Bridgetowne, Ugong Norte, Quezon City.
- Landmark: Building is across Tiendesitas and IPI Pasig. Area is accessible from Eastwood, C5 Road, C5 Road, and Rizal areas.
- Work Schedule: Midshift, Monday to Friday, 3pm to 12am.

Salary: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
